About Lauren Thomas

PARALEGAL

Born and raised in Speedwell, Virginia, Lauren is a dedicated paralegal and working mother who brings perseverance, compassion, and a strong sense of community to her work and daily life. Deeply rooted in her hometown, she values the connections and relationships that come with serving the people of her community.


At A.E. Gomez, P.C., Lauren supports the firm’s attorneys with a wide range of responsibilities, including complex calendar management, case organization, and legal document preparation. Her reliability, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential to the smooth operation of the practice.

In her commitment to professional growth, Lauren is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies at Liberty University. Balancing her academic goals with full-time work and motherhood, she continues to demonstrate the same level of care and dedication she brings to her role in the firm.


Outside of the office, Lauren enjoys reading, spending time at the lake or pool, and creating lasting memories with her family. She takes particular pride in supporting her daughter in sports and extracurricular activities, always showing up with encouragement, support, and love.
